iPhone Activation Server Fail? Can’t update your iPhone to 3.0? Nonsense! You just have to be a little sneaky….
Ok, like most of you I downloaded 3.0 and tried to install it only to get an error message saying iPhone Activation Server is down.
After looking at some other tweets, I noticed everyone else was having the same problem. The solution lied in one brilliant tweet:
“JeremyCurry @tayker Trouble w/ iPhone Activation Server? Start update, kill internet b4 activation problem, presto”
If you are saying huh? fear not! Just press update, then turn off your internet connection and poof! Installing now….
